The X30 Super Shifter with gearbox combines the advanced technology of the multi-champion Reedster KF engine, with the practical solutions and reliability of the X30 platform.
Its main feature is the new and impressive displacement of 175cc, which allows a maximum torque of 27.00 Nm at 12,500 RPM and 49 Hp power, without the aid of the exhaust valve. The X30 Super Shifter is able to satisfy the most demanding and talented riders all over the world! The strength of the SUPER X30 is definitely the power, but certainly the maintenance does not go unnoticed since IAME recommends to replace the piston in competitive use about every 60 lt of use, or earlier if the piston cylinder clearance exceeds 0.17mm. For non-competitive use should occur about every 90lt of mixture or in any case when the play between cylinder and piston exceeds 0.17mm.
Every 30 litres a piston inspection is recommended to check the state of the piston. As regards: rod head cage; axis coupling and trimming, we recommend in competitive use the replacement after about 90lt of use. For NON-COMPETITIVE use the replacement can be performed after about 130lt. As for bench bearings, with roller bearings the life is equal to that of an entire sports season of use (about 350/400 liters).
With regard to the rod cage, the replacement is performed after about 60lt of use; while in non-competitive use it is recommended the replacement after about 90lt of use. The connecting rod in competitive use, it is recommended to replace after about 180 liters of use. For non-competitive use, replacement can be performed after approximately 260 litres.
