The karts' frames represent the raw structure of the chassis, without the components and fairings that complete it. Because karts cannot have suspensions by regulation, it is essential to design bodies with shapes that affect the stiffness of the chassis. The regulation also states that the frame tubes must be made of magnetic material, excluding alloys such as carbon or aluminium. Each original BIRELART shell in our e-commerce is hand welded with wire system, subjected to painting and then carefully examined to ensure optimal quality and performance.
