1. The payment for the Products purchased and the related shipping fees must be made by the Customer using the following methods:
- Credit Card;
- Paypal;
- Stripe;
- Satispay;
- Scalapay;
- Klarna;
- Google pay;
- Apple Pay;
- Bank transfer.
- Cash up to the legal limit (pickup on site by appointment);
- Debit card/credit card, with pickup at our premises by appointment..
2. Payment by bank transfer must be credited to our bank account within 7 working days from the order date. After this period, the order will be considered canceled. The ordered products will be shipped only after the bank transfer has been credited to the account of DRAKE by Bertipaglia Enrico. Any receipt sent will not be considered.
3. he ordered products remain the property of DRAKE by Bertipaglia Enrico until full and final payment of their price (according to Art. 1523 and following of the Civil Code). DRAKE by Bertipaglia Enrico reserves the right to reclaim the ordered products in case of non-payment.
4. The tax documentation relating to the Products ordered will be issued by DRAKE di Bertipaglia Enrico, at the time of shipment of the Products themselves to the Customer. The customer undertakes to provide the exact information for the shipping and billing address: in the event of incorrect sending of such data, all possible additional costs of recovery and reshipment are borne by the purchasing Customer.
5. Deposits are accepted in the form of a confirmatory deposit (art. 1385 c.c.) to reserve a product. This deposit will be valid for 90 days from the order confirmation. If the customer does not respect the agreement and does not finalize everything within 90 days, the deposit will be retained as provided for by the civil code.
