Floating pin as a central component for a constant gasoline level in the carburetor pan. DELL'ORTO float needles are of durable quality and, of your choice, are equipped with a spring for particularly reliable adjustment.
The float pin is an often underestimated component, as it forms the connection between the tank and the carburetor. If the needle is worn or damaged, the connection leaks: the carburetor fills with gasoline uncontrollably, overflows, and the engine starts poorly. Replacing the float pin and float is therefore part of any major maintenance.
Steel rolls are available in DELL'ORTO quality of high quality and durability. The spring-loaded floating pin is a particular strength: it compensates for vibrations in the carburetor pan and therefore ensures a particularly reliable and consistent filling level.
