The "NOX-2" air filter has been designed for high performance and the ultimate expression of technology to make the kart engine breathe.
It is designed to get the maximum performance from your kart’s engine, through a greater supply of clean air.
It is complete with high efficiency air filter and intake cornets, designed to optimize the filling of the engine.
The front intake of the airbox is appropriately sized and allows an optimal intake of fresh air that greatly increases performance.
Filtering particles larger than 10μm (10 thousandths of a millimeter) was considered the best compromise between air passage and air cleaning.
The value of 10μm allows the filtering of impurities produced by the front brakes, usually measuring between 15 and 30μm, notoriously very aggressive with the internal parts of the engine.
The new lamellar barrier, located in the lower part of the filter, has been inserted to change the air flow and reduce turbulence in the intake chamber.
New also the suction horns, with an improved and more efficient venturi section.
