Pilot shoes for car competitions of the ALPINESTARS brand, SUPERMONO V2 model, Formula 1 derivation for one of the most advanced shoes in the automotive world.
This model was designed and built to offer pilots the ultimate in adaptability, sensitivity and performance. The SUPERMONO V2 is an ultra-lightweight running shoe built using high-quality materials, with every component reduced in order to save weight.
Featuring a new 'sock' construction designed to offer a sock-like fit, this shoe also features a more contoured and sculpted shape to better fit the lines of the foot, and has a minimalist, no-frills construction for maximum lightness, with strategically positioned perforated areas for exceptional ventilation.
Complies with FIA approval standard: 8856-2018.
The main material of the upper is made using superior cowhide, the optimal combination of superior mechanical strength and comfort for the rider. The elastic fireproof collar and tongue combine lightweight technology and unsurpassed comfort levels to improve overall performance and an optimized fit. The main material of the leather upper is made with a patented one-piece design for highly reduced material construction for greater comfort and performance in the passenger compartment. Hidden adjustment of the instep fit for a precise, safe and comfortable fit.

- Drilling zones strategically located on the lateral and medial sides and front tip for the collar for optimized ventilation, breathability and comfort.
- Para-aramid fiber tubular coating construction for excellent heat resistance, weight saving and strength.
- Texon insole and micro-porous material on the upper for comfort and lightness.
While designed for motor racing, this model is also suitable for use on karts, especially for training sessions or amateur use.
