The EM-09 radiator meets the ROK regulations for the ROK DVS and Shifter ROK categories. It also turns out to be an excellent solution for KZ categories, specifically for those who have little space dedicated to installing the radiator. With a width of 26.5 cm it has a smaller footprint of 3.5 cm than the EM-02 model, so it is easier to fit between the fairing and the seat.
The EM-09 model has an inclined upper and lower tray to increase the surface area in contact with air. The technical choice allows for improved fluid dynamics, in particular by avoiding the formation of air bubbles, which are harmful to cooling. The radiant mass recessed into the radiator structure forms a conveyor that, at high speeds, maximizes the incoming air, increasing the cooling of the water. The radiator has the integrated deflector.
