It is the smallest and lightest radiator in the catalog, weighing only 2.250 kg and measuring 18 x 43 x 4 cm. Features that make the EM-06 radiator the right choice for single-speed categories, when the atmospheric temperature is not excessively high. The reduced weight is due, in addition to the compact dimensions of the radiator, to the resistant material used for manufacturing which allowed the thickness of the structure to be reduced.
The radiator has an inclined upper and lower tray, a solution that allows for an increase in the surface area of the trays useful for cooling the water. The shape also allows for improved water fluid dynamics, eliminating the formation of hot water pockets that are detrimental to radiator efficiency. The radiant mass, with respect to the radiator structure, is recessed.
The edge created by the structure acts as a conveyor, increasing air inlet and heat exchange capacity. The water outlet connection is inclined with respect to the radiator and, when mounted, is parallel to the asphalt, a useful feature to prevent the silicone tube from rubbing against the curbs.
