- At the heart of its design is the renowned ESF (Egg Shaped Form) technology, a hallmark of the Japanese brand. More than just an aesthetic choice, this smooth, rounded exterior shape promotes a slip effect in the event of an impact. By allowing the helmet to deflect obstacles or contact surfaces more easily, it helps reduce rotational forces transmitted to the rider's head and neck, thus improving overall safety.
- The GPV-R also benefits from the innovative GP-VAS (Variable Axis System) visor. This technology lowers the rotation point of the visor to increase the smooth surface of the shell above the face opening. This design improves shock absorption performance to meet the latest FIA standards, while offering a wider and higher field of view, which is particularly appreciated in the driving position. The helmet also incorporates a mechanical central visor locking system, which ensures a secure closure even at high speeds or in the presence of strong vibrations.
