BC1-1442 type bearing for TM KART brand OK and KZ engines.
This bearing was designed by SKF specifically for the engine bench to improve performance.
Assembly must be done by inserting the washer into contact with the shaft shoulder, then the inner race must be inserted into the crankshaft, after heating, in fact this bearing part must be mounted on the shaft with an interference of a few hundredths.
The external part of the bearing, including rollers, must be inserted into the crankcase, subsequently coupling everything together.
Loading capacity more than doubled. Three times the life of ball bearings normally used. Greater stiffness. Much better smoothness than regular bearings.
In the drop-down menu you can select the tolerance you want between "B" and "D" (the tolerance "D" is increased compared to the "B"), taking into account that:
- Tolerance "B": suitable for KZ10-B (detail in image 2 number 9A), KZ10-C (detail in image 3 number 4) and KZ-R1/R2/R3 engines (detail in image 4 number 11)
- Tolerance "D": suitable for OK S3, OKJ S3 and OKN S3 engines (detail in image 5 number 20)
