OK NOESIS RR EXPRIT KART chassis

Exprit Kart presents, for the direct drive category, the new flagship chassis of its range: the Noesis RR. The apex of the evolution of the work of the OTK Kart Group R&D department, the new Noesis presents itself with some interesting novelties.

World Champion:

The Noesis RR lives up to the corporate mission 'Designed, Engineered, Manufactured, 100% Made in OTK - Italy' which is the basis of all OTK Kart Group products. The rigorous control of the entire design and production chain, thanks also to the use of automated processes that guarantee very high quality standards, has always been the distinctive element of the Italian company. Over the years, this approach has led Exprit Kart to achieve important results in contexts of absolute international prestige. The 2021 season then offered unique emotions thanks to the victory of the FIA ??Karting World Championship in the OKJ category.

Drawn by the wind:

For years now, the R&D department of the OTK Kart Group has been engaged in the maximum aerodynamic development of its karts through wind tunnel sessions and CFD computer simulations. Over time, this constant work has led to the launch of innovative fairings in the field of fairings such as the M7 front spoiler, with a new design and capable of reducing aerodynamic resistance, with the consequent increase in performance. This model, now made with black plastic, is joined by the new M10 kit for the Noesis RR which consists of the new side fairings with reduced dimensions and weight, features that benefit performance and heat dissipation from the rear tires . The novelties regarding the aerodynamic components and the protective appendages do not end here, because the front spoiler and the rear protection have also been renewed in order to respond to the increasingly demanding requirements in terms of safety of the FIA ??regulations.

Winning braking system:

Confirmed for the new Noesis RR, in this single-speed version, the BSD braking system which has significantly contributed to the achievement of excellent results in the most prestigious races in the world: just think that the braking system signed by the OTK Kart Group has equipped both karts which have won the 2021 world titles in the senior and junior single-speed classes. The rear brake caliper, forged in one piece, is equipped with a stroke recovery system and is characterized by two Ø34.5mm pistons. This is combined with a two-piston master cylinder and a PTFE-coated steel mesh hose kit. Caliper and master cylinder are made of ergal, a material that stands out for its excellent mechanical resistance which is further increased thanks to the hard-thickness oxidation process which allows to decrease the wear of the moving components.

Comfort first:

Driving comfort is essential for the performance of every driver. This aspect plays a central role in the entire development project carried out by OTK Kart Group for the Noesis RR which offers various innovations, aimed at refining even the smallest details. Worth noting, in fact, is the endowment of a footrest that allows for greater excursion in terms of adjustment and, moreover, new supports for the seat. Solutions that already add up to the well-known HGS steering wheel, equipped with high-grip and comfortable rubber grips, and the inclined hub, for a fully ergonomic driving position.
